RNIP process

Normally, you must apply for a student visa before entering Canada. Depending on the case, you can apply within Canada or at the Canadian border, but it can be broadly divided into cases where you live in Canada and cases where you reside overseas.

*Job offers are full-time, with a minimum work period of 12 months, and do not apply to the seasonal contract system.

At this stage, applicants may reside elsewhere in Canada or overseas, and if the job offer meets all requirements for the program, they will receive an Endorsement Support Letter. Applicants submit their application for permanent residency with this letter.
